Award Submissions

Submitting an Entry

How do I submit an entry?

Entries are submitted through the relevant award page once submissions are open. Each award page lists the category focus, submission timeline, and entry details for that award cycle.

What should a strong submission include?

A strong submission should include clear company and product information, the problem being solved, the AI use case, evidence of business impact, key differentiators, customer or operational outcomes, and supporting materials where available.

Should I include confidential information?

No. Entrants should avoid submitting confidential, sensitive, regulated, or non-public information unless they are authorized to do so and comfortable sharing that information for award review purposes.

Can I edit a submission after it is submitted?

Edits are not guaranteed after submission. If you need to correct or update an entry, contact Polirian as soon as possible at awards@polirian.com.

What happens if I submit to the wrong category?

Polirian may move, decline, or request clarification for a submission if it appears better suited to another category, but category changes are not guaranteed.

Judging & Recognition

How Winners Are Selected

How are winners selected?

Winners are selected based on category fit, business relevance, measurable impact, product maturity, differentiation, credibility, and supporting evidence.

Are the awards pay-to-win?

Will every category have a winner?

No. Polirian is not obligated to name a winner in every category. We may decline to issue an award if submissions do not meet the program’s standards, if a category does not receive sufficient qualified entries, or if issuing recognition would not reflect the credibility of the program.

Finalists or honorable mentions may be named depending on the award cycle, category strength, and program decisions.

Will entrants receive judging feedback?

Generally, no. Polirian is not required to provide scoring details, judge comments, comparative rankings, or individualized feedback.

What does a winner receive?

Winners may receive official winner recognition, a winner badge, a dedicated winner profile or announcement, and related promotional opportunities depending on the award cycle.

Can winners use the Polirian badge?

Yes. Winners may use official Polirian recognition assets according to the badge and recognition guidelines provided by Polirian.

When are winners announced?

Each award page lists its own submission deadline and winner announcement date. Winner timing may vary by award cycle.
