2027 Award Schedule

Entries open May 11, 2027. The early-bird deadline is June 11, 2027. Final submissions close July 16, 2027.

Entry Fees

$395 Early Bird

Standard entry is $495 after the early-bird deadline. Fees are paid for award consideration and do not guarantee recognition.

Winner Announcement

July 26, 2027

The 2027 winner announcement is scheduled for Monday, July 26, 2027.

Company Details Company name, product or solution name, website URL, and primary contact information.
Submission Content Solution summary, knowledge use case, AI capabilities, information sources supported, retrieval quality, enterprise fit, governance approach, and measurable outcomes.
Supporting Materials Logo or approved brand asset, optional collateral, supporting URLs, screenshots, images, customer examples, case-study materials, product documentation, retrieval examples, or knowledge impact examples.
Payment and Consent Entry fee selection, payment details, and agreement to Polirian submission terms.

Submission Notes

All payments made for award submissions through Polirian are non-refundable. Payment is for the sole purpose of consideration for the specified award category and does not guarantee selection as a winner, finalist, honorable mention, or other recognized participant.

Winners of eligible Polirian Award categories may also be considered for Best of The Polirian Awards, the top annual distinction selected from category winners. No separate application or submission fee is required for Best of consideration.

Polirian encourages enough detail for review. If customer names, financial results, screenshots, quotes, implementation details, or other materials should be excluded from public-facing materials, entrants must notify Polirian in writing at the time of submission. Polirian will make reasonable efforts not to publish information clearly identified as confidential, restricted, or not approved for public use.
