Eligibility

Who Can Submit

Eligible entrants may include AI software companies, enterprise technology vendors, SaaS platforms, startups, scaleups, established companies with AI products or platforms, sector-specific AI solution providers, and agencies or PR firms submitting on behalf of an authorized client.

Entrants do not need to be based in the United States, but the submitted product, platform, company, or solution should be relevant to business, enterprise, or professional AI use.

Required Information

Each submission should provide enough detail for Polirian to understand the solution, category fit, AI use case, business value, and supporting evidence.

• Company name
• Product, platform, or solution name
• Website URL
• Award category
• Primary contact name and email
• Submission summary
• Business use case
• Evidence of impact
• Public company or product description
• Company logo or approved public-facing brand asset

Word Count Guidance

Recommended Entry Length

Polirian does not require a fixed word count for every submission, but entries should be complete enough to clearly explain the solution, category fit, AI use case, business value, and supporting evidence.

Concise entries are acceptable when they provide clear, specific, and credible information. Incomplete, vague, unsupported, or overly promotional submissions may be less competitive.

Supporting Materials

Image Assets and Collateral

Entrants should provide a company logo or approved public-facing brand asset as part of the submission. Logos should be submitted in PNG, JPG, SVG, or EPS format when available.

Additional supporting materials are optional but strongly encouraged. These materials can help Polirian better understand the solution, verify claims, and evaluate business impact.

• One-page overviews, pitch decks, or PDF collateral

Accepted supporting formats may include PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPG, SVG, EPS, and public URLs. Individual files should not exceed the upload limits shown on the submission form.

Strong Entries

What Makes a Strong Entry

A strong Polirian entry should show more than “we use AI.” It should clearly explain what the solution does, who it serves, why it matters, how AI improves the outcome, what business problem it solves, and what measurable impact it has produced.

• Specific explanation of how AI is used
• Evidence of measurable impact
• Credible product, platform, or company maturity
• Clear differentiation from alternatives
• Strong fit with the selected award category
• Supporting materials that reinforce the submission

Category Fit

Multiple Categories

A company may submit to multiple award categories, provided each entry fits the category criteria. Each category should have its own focused submission tailored to that specific award.

A company may win more than one Polirian award if its submissions are the strongest fit in multiple categories. Each entry is evaluated against the criteria for its specific award category.

Polirian may move, decline, or request clarification for a submission if it appears better suited to another category, but category changes are not guaranteed.

Not a Fit

What Not to Submit

Polirian is focused on real-world AI solutions with business relevance and measurable impact. The awards are not intended for submissions that do not have a clear commercial, operational, or professional use case.

• Consumer novelty apps with limited business use
• Hobby projects
• Pure research with no commercial or operational application
• Thought leadership without a product, platform, company, or implemented solution
• Unsupported AI claims
• Vague “AI-powered” positioning without clear use case or impact
• Incomplete submissions
• Misleading or exaggerated claims
• Submissions that violate third-party rights or confidentiality obligations

Confidentiality

Confidential and Public-Facing Information

Polirian encourages entrants to provide enough detail for a meaningful review, including customer examples, business outcomes, implementation details, or supporting context where appropriate.

If customer names, client names, financial results, screenshots, quotes, implementation details, or other submitted materials should be excluded from public-facing materials, entrants must notify Polirian in writing at the time of submission.

Submission materials may be reviewed by Polirian team members, judges, reviewers, contractors, consultants, or authorized program partners involved in evaluating entries and administering the awards. Polirian will make reasonable efforts not to publish information that is clearly identified as confidential, restricted, or not approved for public use.

Entrants should not submit highly sensitive, regulated, legally restricted, or proprietary materials unless they are authorized to share them for award review purposes. Public-facing award materials may be based on approved submission details, publicly available information, or follow-up confirmation with the entrant.

Review

Review and Selection

Submissions are reviewed according to the selected award category and may be evaluated using factors such as category fit, business relevance, measurable impact, enterprise readiness, product maturity, credibility, differentiation, clarity of use case, quality of supporting evidence, and practical value to customers or organizations.

Polirian is not obligated to name a winner in every category. We may decline to issue an award if submissions do not meet the program’s standards, if a category does not receive sufficient qualified entries, or if issuing recognition would not reflect the credibility of the program.

Polirian is not required to provide individual scoring, judging comments, comparative rankings, or feedback.

Best of Consideration

Best of The Polirian Awards

Winners of eligible Polirian Award categories may also be considered for Best of The Polirian Awards, the top annual distinction selected from category winners. No separate application or submission fee is required for Best of consideration.

Eligible category winners may be reviewed against one another using an additional evaluation focused on overall business impact, AI substance, enterprise readiness, differentiation, execution quality, and strength of category-winning performance.

Best of recognition is not guaranteed. Category winners may be considered, but only one overall honoree may be selected for a given award year.

Fees

Fees and Refunds

All payments made for award submissions through Polirian are non-refundable. Payment is for the sole purpose of consideration for the specified award category and does not guarantee selection as a winner, finalist, honorable mention, or other recognized participant.

Recognition

Recognition and Publicity

Winners may receive official Polirian winner recognition, a winner badge or recognition asset, a dedicated winner profile or announcement, newsroom listing or announcement, approved recognition language, and promotional opportunities related to the award cycle.

Winners may use official Polirian recognition assets only for the specific company, product, category, and award year for which recognition was granted. Recognition language should accurately reflect the award category, award year, and winner status.

Before Submitting

Before submitting an entry, confirm that:

• The selected category fits the entry.
• The submission is accurate and complete.
• The person submitting is authorized to do so.
• Any information that should be excluded from public materials is clearly identified in writing.
• Claims can be supported if requested.
• The payment terms and refund policy are understood.
• The company is comfortable being publicly recognized if selected.

The Polirian Awards are independently operated and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party award program unless expressly stated otherwise.
